TSC provides SPICE models, thermal models and 3D CAD files on the TSC website to support design simulation.<\/p>\n<p>Engineered for demanding, high-temperature operation, these diodes offer a maximum junction temperature(T<sub>J<\/sub>) of 175\u00b0C. This exceptional thermal performance, combined with the low conduction loss, makes them ideal for enhancing reliability and minimizing the heatsink requirements in high-density applications like EV charging and server power supplies.<\/p>\n<p>Applications range from three-phase AC\/DC converters, totem pole bridgeless topologies and other power electronics applications such as server power,
